Top 20 London Indie Music Stores - Courtesy of TimeOut
TimeOut London features a list of top 20 independent record shops in London. No surprises here except that my beloved Rough Trade comes in at number 5 which is a pity. It's one of the few stores you can regularly see such bands as Broken Social Scene and Badly Drawn Boy play in a room with 25 other people.

- Music & Video Exchange (Everything specialists. Zane Lowe used to work there)
- Beanos (Biggest second hand record store in the world)
- Honest Jons (African music specialists. Damon Albarn favourite)
- Smallfish Records (Leftfield/electronic specialists)
- Sister Ray (Electronic/indie specialists)
